Every week, our beloved Bird Trophy is awarded to an Odopeep who’s gone above and beyond in the studio.

Parties, picnics & summer in autumn.
Every year, we have a studio picnic, a holiday rager, and a few parties in between. Summer Fridays become half days, hikes, etc. And by summer, we mean October. Welcome to SF.
There’s no “i” in team outings.
Teams have an annual budget for celebratory outings. Past adventures include sailing, whiskey tasting, Giants games and letter pressing. It’s your money… get creative with it.
It’s beer o’clock somewhere.
Every Thursday at 5pm, we happy hour Odopod-style. Anyone can host. Besides the usual beer and guac or wine and cheese, past themes include “Japantown” and “sharks.” Go with it.

Inspiration reigns supreme at Odopod. Hack days, guest speakers, art classes — we’re big into learning and skill sharing. Getting creative around and outside of the office improves what goes on within it.
