Concepts + Prototypes

Envisioning is a useful tool for bringing clarity to complexity, for imagining what could be, for making what doesn't exist yet tangible.

FRAMEWORKS

Frameworks are visualizations of complex ideas. They make it possible to see processes, patterns and insights which are normally obscure, even invisible.

Whether you're trying to make sense of a consumer behavior, an interaction model or an ecosystem of services, frameworks help your team understand through seeing, so they can collaborate more effectively with each other and with us.

SCENARIOS

This is fiction put to serious work. We look at a problem and imagine what the solution might look like, beyond the constraints of the current situation. Then we develop the answer into a useful narrative.

PROTOTYPES

Prototypes are stripped-down models that prove a concept. Or disprove it. They can take many forms: rapid sketches, detailed visual mock-ups, schematics, storyboards, even fully-functional applications.

With the right prototype in hand, we can ask: What's working? What's not? How can it be perfected?
